Job Description:
• In charge of hiring related to educational institutes, oversees International Graduates, Local Graduates, MBAs, interns and other programs;
• Work closely with talent team and Organization Learning team on Talent Development programs;
• Responsible for Company Learning Academy;
• Responsible for HR related process/procedure review;
• Build up good relationship with Universities;
• Assist Head of Resourcing Centre and execute all kinds of activities and initiatives on hiring;
• Monitor and Control the whole process of the student hire;
• Provide advice in student hire in all aspect;
• Responsible for other Resourcing Centre projects assigned according to Biz needs
• Be buddy to other Resourcing Center team members;
• Build trusting and long term relationships with the relevant functions, country or geographic stakeholders;
• Frequent travel needed.
Requirement:
• Strong leadership in driving the hiring activities;
• People Management, able to build rapport with stakeholders and co-workers;
• Additional job specific product skill or knowledge area: Strategy planner, innovative in hiring method.
