Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in HR management or equivalent, MBA is a plus;

• 10+ working experience, at least 5 years in HR Mgr. level or above in FDI or JV;

• Solid foundation of HR strategic planning and knowledgeable in all HR area;

• Familiar with Chinese labor law and regulations, have good local understanding;

• Good Chinese and English, English speaking fluent;

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc;

• Good team leader with highly required interpersonal skill;

• Can work under pressure.

• Hands-on with details without losing focus on big picture;

• Sharp, fast to grasp issues of concern / continuous improvement and ability to relate to extended areas;

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing company’s HR strategic plan and to give suggestion and information support to the important HR division;

• Establish & improve the running organization, also constitute HR & Admin regulations;

• In order to improve the human resource efficiency, optimize the personnel collocation according to the human resource requirement;

• Constitute and conduct the recruitment plan according to the company’s manpower requirement;

• Work out the performance management policy according to the HR regulations, implement and keep continuously improving;

• Choose and train the applicable employee according to the company development plan, set up talent pool;

• In charge of the planning and implementation of human resource evaluation;

• Do the regular personnel and affairs management according to the company’s HR regulations.
