Responsibilities:
The manager will report to the Head Quarters in the USA and local General Manager on all aspects of Human Resource and development functions
Job Specification:
He/ She
- is responsible for the full aspect of human resource management functions including, hiring, compensation and benefits and training
- handles administrative functions relating to staffing matters such as payroll system, overtime, absenteeism, and vacation leave
- develops and implement policies and procedures relating to all aspect of human resource functions including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits
- directs and administers Human Resources objectives in support of company goals.
- works closely and communicates well with line managers, assist them in organising departmental activities, goal development, and procedures review.
- Counsels , coach and guide employees and line managers on all matters relating to HR functions.
- Conducts occupational research.
- Develops and establishes strategies for training plans, including technical development
- is responsible for employee relations and team culture building of the company
Person Specification:
- University Degree holder
- Good communication and team work ability
- Familiar with China Labor laws
- At least 8 years work experience in Human Resource functions especially in manufacturing environment
- Good command of English and Chinese both orally and in writing
