Responsibilities

Job Title: Financial Controller

Department: Financial Management

Report to: CFO

1. Ensure that all project accounts comply with the IFRS and PRC GAAP.

2. Review monthly financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.

3. Liaise with external and internal auditors on annual audits and internal audits.

4. Review Performance Management Report and liaise with project GM on reducing the negative variances.

5. Review Annual Budget of project accounts and submit to BOD for approval.

6. Review Purchase Requisitions, Contract Authorizations and Payment vouchers/checks.

7. Maintain a cordial relationship with bankers.

8. Submit financial reports to Shareholders and liaise with shareholders on all financial queries/reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting

2. 10 years experience or above in finance, accounting or cost management and at least 5 years of management experience.

3. Microsoft Word/Excel and Accounting system experience.

4. With an solid competency of both written and spoken English
