Responsibilities

Scope Of Role:

• Managing the Regulatory Reporting team to ensure quality and timeliness of all Finance regulatory reports. The scope includes process enhancement and building good relations with Regulators.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of all Finance regulatory reports.

• Control and check CNY and FCY deposit reserve ratio.

• Identify opportunities for automation of all regulatory returns and keep reporting system up-to-date with our business development.

• Analyze impact of local regulations changes and assist with implementation of system changes if required.

• Be responsible for reporting database maintenance.

• Handle CBRC officers and all branch finances queries.

• Responsible for the development of team members

• Participating in projects as required

Selection Criteria:

• University degree, major in Accounting or related subject;

• Accounting working experience, banking industry or Big 4 experience is preferred;

• Sound knowledge of PRC accounting policy;

• Have a general knowledge of PRC Foreign Exchange Administration and tax regulation in banking;

• Sound understanding of China¿s banking regulatory environment;

• Familiar with English accounting software and MS office software;

• Good command of both written and spoken English;

• Strong research and analytical skills;

• Pleasant and cooperative personality, initiative and hardworking, able to work independently ;

• Team player with strong communication and management skill;
