The candidate should have good network of candidates, or from the line departments before
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish the channel of senior personnel, understand the dynamics of information;
2. through communicating with internal customers understand customers’ needs, work out recruitment plans;
3. Position analysis, draw up a detailed program of searching and find channels;
4. Searching, interviewing, assessment, screening and recommending candidates;
5. Arrangement interview and feedback to the client, background checks and follow-up services to the company;
6. Maintain good relations with employees and employers;
7. Guiding and supervising the subordinates
Expected Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, hearing and writing proficiency in English;
2. 5+ experience of hunting firm or recruitment in company, sensitive and judge on the talent market;
3. Good ethics/professional conduct/responsibility and be good at analysis of customers and personnel psychology;
4. Good teamwork ability and undertake the pressure;
