Responsibilities

The Challenge:

·He/she is to report to the Chief Executive Officer;

·Assist the Chief Executive Officer to formulate business strategies and action plans for the Eco Hi-tech Island 

·Development to achieve the highest value, returns and yield to shareholders and investors;

·Plan and conceptualize marketing strategies and action plans to attract targeted industries and services investors into the  Eco Hi-tech Island;
·Cultivate effective working relationships with local government authorities and officials;
·Cultivate effective working relationships with joint-venture partners;
·Build the operations team and implement systems, policies and procedures for the operations that conform to laws and  regulations.

Pre-requisites:

·Tertiary education, preferably with a post-graduate Degree in Marketing or Management;

·At least 10 years ‘working experience and proven track records in the marketing   

·Investment promotion of industrial and real estate space;

·Good understanding of the macro-economic and business environment; as well as competitive pressure and  dynamic forces driving businesses and impeding their profitability;

·Familiar with governmental regulations within industrial and real estate space in China

·Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;

·Good spoken and written Chinese;

·Experience working in China preferred.

·The annual base salary range is RMB1,000, 000-1,200,000 with tax equalization:

·Other total life allowances: RMB 300,000/year.

·Age: 35-45 years old, prefer Singaporean.

·Prefer the candidates who have working experiences in IE.
