Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

(1). Undergo an 18-month training program covering all departments from Human Resource/Administration and Finance to Sales, Marketing & Public Relations, Reservation & Ticketing and Airport.

(2). Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

(3). Work alongside line managers and perform duties with goal of eventually assuming local management positions.

1.3  Job Requirements:

(1).      Bachelor Degree from reputable university

(2). Strong command of oral and written English and Chinese

(3). 2-year working experience is preferable

(4). Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities

      (5). Hard working and good team player

(6). National mobility
