Job Description:
- In charge of hiring related to educational institutes, oversight of IGs, LGs, MBAs , interns and other programs.
- Work closely with talent team and OL team for Raw Talent programs
- Be responsible for SCB Academy
- Be responsible for HR related process/procedure review
- Build up good relationship with Universities
- Assist Head of RC and execute all kinds of activities and initiatives on hiring.
- Monitor and Control the whole process of the student hire
- Provide advice in student hire in all aspect.
- Be responsible for other RC projects assigned according to Biz needs
- Be buddy member of other RC team.
- Workflow within own area organized to ensure optimum work levels for team
and SLAs delivered
- Trusting and long term relationships built with the relevant function, country or
geographic stakeholders
- Frequent travel needed.
Requirement:
- Strong leadership in driving the hiring activities.
- People Management, able to build rapport with stakerholders and co-workers.
- Additional job specific product skill or knowledge area:
- Strategy planner, innovative in hiring method.
