Job Requirements
• Education: college and above;
• Experience:10 years or above of Management experience in State related departments and Government or large corporate;
• Business Knowledge/Special Skills:
1. Excellent complex work ability; good organization & corporation ability; acute observe ability;
2. Familiar with the knowledge about our country’s politics, economics, society and corporate communication & their operation method; have wide relationship with the government, media and non-government;
3. Good interpersonal skills, know how to deal with Chinese bureau officer;
4. Currently holding senior appointment with the capability to develop and maintain relationship with key high level government officials, up to the level of Provincial Governor;
5. Teamwork spirit;
6. Can use English for basic communication.

Responsibilities
• Internal Management;
• Effectively manage Social Capital, public relations, corporate communication, and organization building;
• Build and maintain sound relationship with major bureaus of China Central government, including but not limited to State Council, Ministry of Commerce, National Development & Reform Committee, Ministry of Forestry, National Environment Bureau, National Tax Bureau, etc. Maintain strong relations with Senior Level Government officials;
• Facilitate major business license, land/forest acquisition, tax rationalization and other relevant approval process from central government level.
• Arranging high level meetings between CEO/COO and Senior government officials (Deputy Minister Level & Above) with regard to specific business projects, follow up to ensure business objectives are achieved;
• Building conducive business environment for current and future Business in China (Current provinces Include Shandong, Fujian & Guangdong). Guiding & coaching and supporting provincial GM/team in their work.
• Industry Alignment;
• Participate high level relevant industrial meetings/conferences on behalf of Company China, Managing or influencing the industrial standard/regulations for the best interest of the company
• Corporate Communication Management In order to win the support and attention from the media and non–government; participate in and instruct the development of Company Dept. and maintain the harmonious relationship with media and non–government, also build good communication channel.
• Corporate Communication Plan In order to ensure the corporate communication conduct successfully, participate in and instruct Corporate Communication Plan’s constitution and conduct.
