Responsibilities



Working Location: Hang Zhou

Main Responsibilities:

1. To formulate and implement company strategies and action plans; including marketing, business development, investment, project, property;

2. To plan, monitor and manage the budget exercises;

3. To lead, oversee and manage the marketing, lease management, business development and investment activities to achieve the targets set;

4. To conduct survey and market study on the investment environment as and when necessary;

5. To understand and analyze competitor’s strengths and weaknesses in various aspects;

6. To participate and lead in project or tenancy negotiations;

7. To build up and maintain good relationship with relevant government authorities, 3rd party agencies, partners, clients, suppliers, and other important channels;

8. To motivate, manage and monitor performance of all staff under his charge to achieve targets set;

9. To carry out rental review, monitor cash flow, resource allocations and cost control in line with business strategy and goals;

10. To review, monitor and ensure that proper work processes, procedures are carried out in accordance with internal policies and ISO requirement and recommend suggestions for improvement;

11. To manage and maintain marketing, lease and customer service standards of the staff under his charge;

12. To establish short and long-term business objectives to meet expectations of the company and Funds;

13. To explore opportunities to grow fee based income;

14. To manage, improve and enhance tenant’s relationships;


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Job related experience:

1. 8-10 years of management experiences in real estate

2. 3-5 years of work experience with foreign company

3. Minimum 5 years of experiences in management level

Knowledge

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

1. Real estate development, investment & marketing

2. Financial & accounting knowledge

3. Management

Skills

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

1. CET-6 or above

2. Strong skills on Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

3. Good interpersonal, energetic and strong negotiations skills;

4. Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin;

5. Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
