Key Responsibilities

• Review and develop sound sales and marketing strategies for retail projects for the entire development cycle from conceptualization, design, pricing to development of sales strategies

Requirements

• A good University Degree in Estate Management;

• At least 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years in the marketing of retail projects;

• Possess drive and excellent communication skills;

• Candidates with sound knowledge and experience of (overseas) China market will be considered favorably;

• Positions based (overseas) China will be on at least 2 years posting;

• Good government relationship;

• Fluent English skill.
