Job Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will report to the Chairman of the group and the Board of Directors
• Oversee the Company’s real estate business & its P & L in China with about 30 people reporting to him/her
• Play a major role in land acquisitions and negotiation of land parcels in China.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have at least a University Degree in Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry with proven track record of land acquisition.
• Real estate sales and project management experience will be ideal,
• Min of 5 years working experience in China and has good connections with the relevant authorities.
• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated and highly-driven with excellent leadership qualities.
• A team player with excellent communication, business acumen and management skills.
• Resourceful & result-oriented.
• Familiar with P&L, budget and other financial reports.
Compensation Package:
• Annual salary and benefits is around RMB 2.5 million.
