Requirements

Responsibilities

• Relevant recognized qualification with 7 years or more experience including experience on PRC Projects in managing design development, design documentation and detailing, issuing Architect’ s Instructions and Project Administration;

• Experience in large-scale mixed-use projects preferred;

• Experience in Retail and Office projects will be an advantage;

• Experience as Resident Architect is a must.

• Require to attend Site Meetings with different parties and able to resolve technical problems on site;

• Able to work independently and as a good communicator;

• Good command of Putonghua. Basic knowledge in English preferred;

• 12 months’ contract (to be extended as required).
