Responsibilities

Job Description:

1.      Identify PRC local projects for Architectural and Urban Design related work scopes;

2.      Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing clients;

3.      Conduct professional presentation to clients;

4.      Prepare bidding fee proposals and negotiation, handle contract quotation and follow up.

Job Requirements:

1.      Well experienced in procuring and securing projects for architectural, urban design and engineering firms;

2.      University degree in Architecture or Engineering is preferred;

3.      Resourceful in local client database and strong business connections to induce business opportunity;

4.      Strong business sense, understand local culture, competent presentation and negotiation skills;

5.      Self-starter, proactive to contact clients and counter parties and develop business relationship &

6.      Candidate with lesser experiences will be considered as Senior Business Development Executive.
