Key Responsibilities:
• Report to General Manager
• Ability to lead and motivate supporting staffs, sales agents, consultants to achieve results and company goals
• Review and develop sound marketing strategies for real estate residential projects
• Identify and understand the local real estate market trend, pricing and competition to achieve sustainable returns
• Manage and liaise with appointed external marketing consultants
• Increase awareness of the Eco-city to both potential partners as well as residents
• Able to understand investment and financial analysis
• Ability to conduct marketing analysis and research
• To analyze competitors’ market plans in order to provide related reports
• To conceptualize and manage the planning, organizing and execution of all marketing activities, campaigns and promotions
• To maintain relevant and updated information on company database for report purposes
• To establish governmental networks with relevant bodies for approval purposes
• To establish database of companies and maintain relationship with them for business development purposes
• To perform shift work on weekends as requested
Requirements:
• Minimum numbers of experience – 8 years with proven track records
• Best to have experience working for Developers as well as Real Estate Agency
• Degree in Marketing or MBA
• Resourceful, Positive, Can-Do Spirit, Self Motivate and Goals Driven personality
